Service providers responsible for carrying out sub-contracted work: to this end, the Internet User hereby expressly accepts that FLOXLAB may send information and personal data concerning the Internet User to subcontractors who carry out on its behalf certain essential material and technical tasks inextricably connected with the offers proposed and the associated services.
Unless stipulated to the contrary by the person to whom such information refers, FLOXLAB shall be able to process the said information (in particular by means of electronic mail, telephone.) for its sole benefit or on behalf of its business partners within the framework of business operations.
This information may give rise to the exercise of the right of access, communication, opposition and rectification in accordance with the conditions provided for under Law N°78-17 passed on 6 January 1978 concerning data processing, files and freedom of information(*). In the event of opposition to the use of the data for the purpose of business canvassing using postal services, all franking charges shall be reimbursed upon request.

Any business canvassing by automated request, electronic mail or fax, together with any transfer or hiring of the data for business canvassing purposes using the said means shall only be carried out if the Internet User concerned has issued prior consent for the receipt of such business canvassing publications by means of these channels and/or for the transfer of his/her data.
Information showing the name of the person concerned shall only be notified to third parties in order to fulfil legal and mandatory obligations.
FLOXLAB hereby draws the attention of Internet Users to the fact that the latter are responsible for taking all necessary steps for the purpose of preserving the confidentiality of the password enabling access to the Personal Area.
